Shipping policy

we have three main categories of goods;

*studio made

items purchased from the studio ship monday through friday, usually within 24 hours of order placement via usps and ups.  we use a wide variety of packaging here at sunny d4z3- we recycle and reuse as much as possible and we encourage you to do so as well. don’t be surprised if your item from sunny d4z3 studios shows up in an amazon box or an 8th house mailer- we use what we have on hand in bulk.

all packages except studio stickers (which we put in an envelope with a stamp and a prayer) include standard insurance and tracking.  tracking will be made available after order is shipped.

*digital downloads

digital downloads are made available immediately after the transaction clears. if you should have an issue with your download, please reach out to us at collective@sunnyd4z3.com

*print on demand

we use printify to streamline the order process for printed items such as stickers and posters. we do our best to find the best quality printers with the shortest turn around times, due to the nature of the service, it may take some extra time for production and mailing. you should receive tracking information in a separate email as the package will be shipped directly from the printers. if you have any questions or concerns please reach out, collective@sunnyd4z3.com
